Snowcrystal has no liability for errors in images, information, descriptions, prices or if products are sold out. We strive to achieve the best possible colour accuracy of our products on line, but monitors may, based upon their settings and screens, display colours differently and differ from the real-life product shade. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] with questions about specific colours, and we’ll be happy to provide you with any additional information that is available.
You can choose to pay with credit or debit cards (VISA or Mastercard)or by invoice using Payson or Paypal (available in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany, UK and Austria only).
Your package will be shipped with DHL and delivered within 1-5 business days within the European Union and 5-9 business days for delivery worldwide. During the weekends and major holidays our offices are closed.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know approximately when the item will be available or we will suggest an alternative. Please be aware that although we try to have items in stock at all times, it is not always possible.
Shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide to use during the purchase process. If you do not receive your tracking email please contact us.
You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase on our website. If you are below 18 years Snowcrystal does not, in accordance with the laws of Sweden, accept any credit card purchases. Snowcrystal reserves the right to change a customers order or deny it if the customer has provided incorrect information or has any sort of record of non-payment of debt.
In case Snowcrystal AB has reason to question buyer’s ability to pay for delivered products Snowcrystal AB has no obligation to proceed with the delivery, and will be entitled to stop products during carriage, unless buyer makes advance payment for the delivery and other claims arising from the business relation or grants security which can reasonably be accepted by Snowcrystal .
VAT, custom or local taxes are not included in orders outside the European Union and might be collected upon arrival depending on customs legislations in your country.
We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available in the list of countries during check-out, please contact us. At this point we can not accept shipping to P.O boxes. Delivery may take longer due to unexpected events.
Please note that orders outside of the European Union may be subject to import taxes and custom fees upon arrival.
When ordering from our website the recipient of the order is fully responsible for any of the import fees and of all laws and regulations of the import destination.
We offer free shipping via DHL on larger orders worldwide. The amount varies depending on the shipping location and amount. Listed below are a few examples of minimum order amount to qualify for free shipping:
You can determine the applicable shipping rate in your shopping cart before your order is final. Place your selected items in the shopping cart, go to check out and choose your country. The total shipping cost will be listed.
EU: Purchases over 50 EUR – FREE SHIPPING
Outside Europe: Purchases over 100 EUR – FREE SHIPPING
If your goods are subject to pick up at eg DHL Service Point or a postoffice and the package is not collected it will be returned to Snowcrystal AB.
We reserve the right to charge you for the return and service- and handling fees in connection to the return.
We are only able to accept returns on products that have not been used and are sent back in un-opened packages. To return a product, please contact [email protected] and include your order receipt. Return the product within 14 days of the shipping date for a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges. All returns must be sent to [email protected]. Please note that shipping, handling and sales tax charges are not refundable on returns.
Complaints/ damaged goods should be reported immediately upon receiving products to [email protected] Goods damaged in transport should be reported immediately after receiving package.
